This leading chambers/legal 500 recommended team is keen to make a strategic appointment of an experienced assistant/associate to join its expanding department. Undertaking a mix of both contentious and non-contentious work, you will possess at least 3 years+ experience of advising a large number of corporates' on all aspects of employment matters including tribunal preparation and representation, Sex, race and disability discrimination, Compromise agreements, Maternity and paternal rights, Collective consultation, redundancy and restructuring exercises, equal pay issues, executive severance, contract policy & procedure preparation and maintenance, employment status outsourcing and TUPE-related matters.
With solid academics, a proven track record of client service delivery and impressive negotiation and drafting skills, you will be keen to progress your career in a firm that is able to offer you a challenging workload, defined career prospects, leadership and management opportunities and exposure to a mix of interesting employment matters.
