Corporate Solicitor

The corporate group of this expanding international city practice regularly advices on a broad range of corporate matters and an influx of work means it is now keen to recruit an exceptional addition to the team. The team regularly advise on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity, Takeovers and Joint Ventures.The ideal candidate for this position will possess impressive experiences of dealing with equity capital markets including advising issuers, investment banks and/or corporate finance advisers on a range of ECM transactions. While takeover code experiences would be beneficial, this is not a bar to consideration.

This role would suit a confident and technically gifted lawyer with at least 2 years experience gained as part of a recognised national, large regional or city team. With strong academic credentials and a client focused approach, the candidate will be joining a practice offering excellent career prospects and remuneration/benefits package. Candidates with a greater level of PQE than indicated will also be considered for this position.
